Public Service Announcement Campaign The overwhelming amount of information on COVID-19 wouldn't necessarily mean a calm public if the information is not useful to their unique situation. Who and what then should we believe in? As Grade 11 Marketing students, how do you not only show a proficiency in the knowledge of marketing a product but also know how to express social relevance through a campaign? How can you craft a PSA that shows sensitivity by providing only the essential information to consumers? We need a PSA that is truly human. Imagine your target audience as more than just statistics. They have faces and lives of their own. We are overwhelmed with different information and messages regarding this crisis, but as a game-changer, what can we tell the public without adding too much of a burden of information overload?
