Our Driving Question:

How can we fight COVID-19?

The threat of COVID-19 has presented unique challenges to schools, educators, students, and parents all over the world. In March, everyone was faced with the challenge of finding ways to continue facilitating learning amidst the crisis brought about by the global health pandemic.

Given this context, the iACADEMY Senior High School (SHS) department launched its Guided Online Autonomous Learning (GOAL) program as a response to the need to continue educating our students about their role in addressing this world issue. With this in mind, the school provided access to learning and improvise effective solutions to facilitate education in less-than-ideal situations.

The SHS set a direction for purposeful distance education integrated with Project-Based Learning (PBL) using a systematic model while maximizing available learning resources. This allowed the school to provide students with agency, creativity, and flexibility.

With the Driving Question “How do we fight COVID-19?”, all Senior High School students took on the challenge of putting their skills and talents to good use by designing, creating, and sharing projects that help promote deeper knowledge and understanding on how individuals, locally and internationally, can better protect themselves against the Coronavirus.
 
Through this online gallery, the Senior High School department is proud to showcase the Senior High School students' best PBL outputs where they demonstrate how they can truly be social change makers and game changers in their respective fields.
